Meet Leslie Stashevsky

Leslie brings a whole-person approach to nutrition, helping aging adults and their caregivers build sustainable, practical eating habits. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Nutrition from Purdue Global and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Dietetics at Ball State University.

What it is

Leslie works with clients to build practical, sustainable eating habits — thinking about energy, recovery, digestion, pain, and overall wellness holistically rather than through rigid meal plans. Sessions are educational and supportive, focused on realistic changes that fit a client's life.

Older adults looking to support their health through food, and family caregivers who want guidance on feeding a loved one well — including navigating appetite changes, simple meal ideas, supplement education, and general wellness questions.
